  • 1 medium banana

Dairy

  • 1 large egg
  • 30 g plant-based milk or regular milk

Dry Ingredients

  • 70 g all-purpose flour T-55, 65, 80, or 110
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch fine salt

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Using a fork, mash the banana until smooth. Mix this puree with the egg.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add flour, salt, baking powder, and milk to the banana-egg mixture. Mix again until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Once the pan is hot, pour a ladle of batter about one centimeter thick, cook the pancake for about 1 minute on each side. (If your pan is not non-stick, lightly brush it with coconut oil.)
  • Freezing is possible :)
