  • 1 batch Sun-Dried Tomato Muhammara tomato and roasted red pepper spread

Tomatoes

  • 2 cups marinated cherry tomatoes

Eggs

  • 6-8 soft-boiled or poached eggs
  • 6-8 scrambled eggs

Meats

  • 6-8 pieces fried bacon
  • 1 prosciutto
  • 1 salami
  • 1 smoked salmon

Cheeses

  • 2-3 cheeses Humboldt Fog goat cheese, ricotta, marinated mozzarella

Breads and Fruits

  • 6-8 pieces of grilled or toasted bread
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1 fresh fruits

Vegetables

  • 1 sautéed veggies such as spinach and mushrooms

Spreads

  • 1 raspberry jam or other fruit jams
  • 1 nut butter
  • 1 honey or honeycomb

Beverage

Instructions
 

Making the Bruschetta Bar

  • Arrange the sauces and spreads on a large serving board. Add the poached eggs, scrambled eggs, and bread. Drizzle the poached eggs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the cheese, fruits, veggies, meats, jams, nut butter, and honey around the eggs.
  • Pour Florida’s Natural orange juice into juice glasses for sipping. Enjoy!
