Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding Base

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon black tea leaves
  • 2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Salted Foam

  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat milk in a small saucepan and when it’s hot turn off the heat and stir in the tea leaves. Let steep for 5 minutes then strain.
  • Stir the brown sugar, vanilla and salt into the hot milk.
  • Cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Refrigerate until set (About 3 hours).
  • To make the salted foam whisk the cream with the salt and brown sugar. Whip to soft peaks.
  • Pour on top of the pudding.
