  • 0.5 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup diced yellow onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces block of Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 ounces tortilla chips Tostitos brand, about ⅔ of the bag

  • sour cream
  • diced tomatoes
  • chopped fresh cilantro

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the lean ground beef, diced yellow onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  • Return skillet to medium heat; stir in the water and taco seasoning, coating the ground beef. Cook until most of the liquid evaporates, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add half the shredded cheese to the bottom of the Bundt pan, followed by half the ground beef mixture and ⅓ of the tortilla chips without packing them down.
  • Repeat with remaining cheese, ground beef mixture, and another ⅓ of tortilla chips, ensuring not to overfill.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, place an inverted heat-proof plate over the Bundt pan, and carefully flip it over. Remove the pan to reveal the nachos on the plate.
  • Serve as is or garnish with optional toppings like sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
