Ingredients
  

For the Cake Layer

  • 2 cups vanilla sponge cake or pound cake, cut into small cubes

For the Cream Layer

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Fruit Layer

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced

For Garnishing

  • fresh mint leaves
  • additional fruit slices

Instructions
 

Prepare the Whipped Cream

  • Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for 15 minutes before whipping.

Prepare the Cake Layer

  • Cut the vanilla sponge cake or pound cake into small cubes and drizzle with fruit juice or syrup if desired.

Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash, peel, and dice your fruits, keeping them uniform in size for balanced flavor.

Assemble the Mini Trifles

  • Layer cake cubes at the bottom, then cream, followed by mixed fruits, and repeat.
  • Finish with whipped cream and fruit pieces on top.

Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish each trifle with fresh mint leaves and extra fruit slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
