Ingredients
  

lemon ginger fat-burning drink

  • 1 litre water
  • 2 pieces lemon/lime chopped and juiced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon

cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink

  • 1 litre water
  • 3 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 inch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon

chia lemon fat-burning drink

  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon

Instructions
 

lemon ginger fat-burning drink

  • In a large saucepan, take 1 litre of water.
  • Take 2 lemon rinds which are chopped roughly and squeeze off the juice.
  • Add 1 inch ginger, ½ teaspoon pepper and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Boil until the lemon softens.
  • Cool slightly, and filter out the water.
  • In a tall glass, take prepared warm detox water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon lemon. Mix well.
  • Enjoy lemon ginger fat-burning drink early in the morning.

cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink

  • In a large saucepan, take 1 litre of water.
  • Add 3 teaspoon cumin and 3 inch cinnamon.
  • Boil for 5 minutes or more until the flavours are absorbed.
  • Cool slightly, and filter out the water.
  • In a tall glass, take prepared warm detox water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon lemon. Mix well.
  • Enjoy cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink early in the morning.

  • Soak 2 teaspoon chia seeds in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
  • Take the soaked chia seeds in a tall glass.
  • Add 2 cups water, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon lemon. Mix well.
