Bread and Fillings

  • 2 slices sourdough bread squishy
  • ½ whole ripe avocado mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 5 oz thinly sliced deli turkey or chicken
  • Handful salt & vinegar potato chips
  • 2-3 slices heirloom tomato
  • Handful micro greens or lettuce

Preparation Steps

  • Spread the smashed avocado on one slice of bread. To the other slice, spread a thin layer of mustard and a drizzle of honey.
  • Add the turkey, potato chips, tomatoes and a handful of microgreens. Close the sandwich, slice and enjoy!

Notes

This sandwich tastes best with squishy, fresh bread. If bread is stale, wrap slices in a damp paper towel and microwave for 10-15 seconds or until softened.
