Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Fresh Lump Crab Meat
  • 3 tablespoon Mayo
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ packet Old Bay Crab Cake Classic Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • ½ stick Salted Butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

  • Open crab meat and drain any juice.
  • Place jumbo crab meat in a bowl and look for any excess crab shells left behind.
  • Add mayo to mixing bowl.
  • Add dijon mustard to mixing bowl.
  • Add old bay crab cake packet mix (half of the packet).
  • Add old bay spice.
  • Add lemon pepper spice.
  • Add dried parsley.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce.
  • Clean and cut 1 lemon in half, squeeze ½ fresh lemon juice into mixing bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients together.
  • Use a large flat baking sheet and spray bottom with oil.
  • Use a spoon to pick up a hand size scoop of crab mixture and hand patty into a round ball bomb.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Bake crab bombs for 20 minutes.
  • Melt your half stick of butter in the microwave.
  • Open oven and pour melted butter onto crab bombs, bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Let crab bombs cool for 2 minutes.
  • Cut up fresh parsley and sprinkle for garnish (optional).
  • Use a flat spatula to plate your crab bombs.
  • Enjoy!
